Special orders are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable and usually take between 2 and 4 weeks to ship.

All orders for in-stock merchandise are generally shipped the next business day. "Next Day Shipping" refers to UPS Next Day Saver service. Faster services are available at an extra cost.

Some size/style combinations are requested infrequently and are made to order, requiring an additional 2 - 3 weeks. If an order will take more than 30 days we will notify you.
